As I’ve mentioned before in another shameless plug for myself, I teach kids (and adult) cooking classes at In Good Taste in the Pearl District, and now at their new location in Lake Oswego. All classes are technique or theme based complete with a multi course menu and wine selection for the big kids. Below is a shot from the teen Holiday Baking Around The World class. It was a blast — we made lots of good food and made a huge mess. Recipes included German Stollen, Mexican Chocolate Cake and Italian Cranberry Biscotti. Unfortunately, I don’t have any kids classes in January. But I am teaching two 3-day teen and kids cooking series in December. The classes are through the In Good Taste cooking school, in their Lake Oswego location. It should be a blast! You can check out the menus and register through their website below.
